Personal Safety One shall not be held responsible for errors in: ship to address, item(s), quantity, shipping method, or other applicable information related to the order unless the order has been submitted to Personal Safety One via Fax, Email, or Website order and is a clear mistake on our part.

Military orders using APO and FPO addresses MUST be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.  Orders are shipped using standard ground service residential rates, plus applicable handling fees.

1-day, 2-day and 3–day UPS/DHL shipping is available upon request at the upgraded fee and will be charged to the customer.  

Air orders ship by UPS/DHL only, at our discretion, unless specifically requested by the Customer in writing.

Same day shipping is only guaranteed if order is placed prior to 1:30PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).  

UPS and DHL will not ship to P.O. Boxes.   A physical address will need to be supplied at time of order. See special USPS notes above.
